ONLINE REGISTRATION 

Please try to register online.  If you cannot register online or have any questions about the registration process, contact the Fudoshin Judo Club Treasurer by email!

Registration Steps:

1. Print, fill out, and sign the Fudoshin Judo Club registration form.    You can fill out this form online or on your computer, then save the form and email it to the Fudoshin Judo Club Treasurer at fudoshinjc@gmail.com

2. Calculate your registration fee.  See the membership rates below.  Registration fees include fees for our club, Judo Canada, and Newfoundland & Labrador Judo Association.

3. Email a copy of the saved registration form or a picture of the completed form to the Fudoshin Judo Club Treasurer.  Send registration payment by e-transfer to the Fudoshin Judo Club Treasurer at fudoshinjc@gmail.com
