Dojo Location
Our dojo (training facility) is located at 21 Mews Place in St. John’s. Parking is available at the front and rear of the building.
Our dojo has a great sub-floor that makes throwing and falling easy on the body! Washroom and change room facilities are available at the dojo. No showers are available on-site.

Class Training Schedule
The training year is divided into three semesters: Fall (September-December), Winter (January - May), Summer (June-August). We have merged Cadet and Seniors classes and consolidated Youth classes into one two hour session on Saturdays.
Beginners welcome at any time!
NOTE: Youth class only trains from September to early June. No youth classes during the summer.

6:45-8:15 PM – Seniors and Cadets (13+)/Kata
Saturday
10:00-12:00 AM – Youth (6-12)
Sunday
9:00-10:00 AM - Seniors and Cadets (13+)
